As we continue to scale our distributed team across four countries, we are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join us. What you'll be doing

• You will lead and inspire a team of software engineers, nurturing their professional growth while ensuring they execute effectively both within their own team and across the wider organization.
• You will own the quality, capacity, and velocity of your specific products, managing sprint resourcing and ensuring that we consistently deliver new features while maintaining system stability.
• You will collaborate closely with our Director of Engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to define best practices, establish standard operating procedures, and set the long-term strategic direction for our technology.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have a solid foundation in software engineering and a passion for building high-performing teams. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in engineering management, specifically in leading productive teams.
• A strong grasp of software engineering fundamentals, including code quality best practices and the ability to provide constructive technical guidance.
• Proven experience working within Agile and Scrum frameworks across multiple teams.
• A continuous improvement mindset that allows you to balance speed, quality, and the benefits of process automation.
• The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and communicate complex architectural decisions clearly.
• Experience with SaaS development and designing for scalability is highly valued, and Salesforce experience is considered a significant bonus.
• Fluency in English.

What you'll get
