• Mentor and manage a diverse team of full-stack and front-end engineers, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence.
• Support the professional growth of your direct reports through regular coaching, feedback, and one-on-one meetings.
• Lead the design and architectural strategy for our Trader Engagement team, ensuring our technical approach aligns with product roadmaps.
• Oversee engineering processes to ensure high-quality, reliable deployments that minimize user impact.
• Recruit top-tier talent to expand our product engineering teams and manage the successful delivery of multiple projects.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and stakeholder teams to build a best-in-class experience for our customers.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in agile software development, specifically building client-facing products in fast-paced environments.
• A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience managing product-focused engineering teams, including experience with geographically distributed groups.
• Strong expertise in modern front-end technologies, including React, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and WebSockets.
• Solid understanding of API design, microservices, and various persistence storage options.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this position is $165,000.00 to $190,000.00 USD. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for an annual target bonus of up to 12 percent, based on a combination of individual and company performance.
