What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. This is a pivotal leadership position where you will be the first person in this specific management role, helping us define and scale our engineering culture. You will report directly to our Head of Engineering and work closely with product leadership to shape the future of our platform. This role is available to candidates located anywhere.
What will you do?
- Partner with our three product teams to ensure they are consistently delivering high-impact features that provide real value to our customers.
- Champion engineering excellence by establishing and refining processes that maintain high standards of quality as our organization scales.
- Mentor and support our engineers by creating professional development plans, fostering internal leadership, and actively recruiting talented new team members.

- A strong technical background, ideally with experience at a Senior Engineer level.
- A proven track record of building, leading, and inspiring high-performing technical teams.

- A growth mindset with the ability to adapt to change and drive innovative concepts from idea to execution.
- Fluency in English.
