About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to join us on a full-time basis. In this role, you will lead our Dashboard team, which consists of 11 talented engineers. You will be responsible for the delivery and maintenance of our primary customer-facing dashboard and our internal back-office tools. This is a hybrid position where you will guide the team in building intuitive, high-performance reporting and administration features that help our customers manage their traffic and security threats effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the professional growth and performance of your team members through regular 1:1 meetings, goal setting, and performance reviews.
• Define and implement engineering best practices, internal processes, and technical guidelines to ensure smooth production operations.
• Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and security teams to shape the technical roadmap and drive cross-team initiatives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in software engineering and people management. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 7 years of experience in a management capacity.
• 5 years of professional experience within a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of delivering customer-facing web applications that encompass frontend, backend, and DevOps components.
• A deep commitment to code quality, scalability, and system performance.
• Strong technical proficiency and a collaborative mindset that values teamwork.
