Engineering Manager at Ghost

Ghost is a private, B2B marketplace that helps the world's top brands scale their distribution. We work with leading names in apparel, streetwear, beauty, footwear, and home goods to uncover alternative channels for their surplus inventory. By offering a network of vetted buyers alongside deep data and transparency, we provide the essential infrastructure for sellers to optimize their inventory lifecycles. We are one of the fastest growing startups in Los Angeles, backed by prominent venture capital firms like USV, Cathay, Equal, and Eniac. We are currently looking for a senior Engineering Manager to help us build our platform from the ground up as we scale our customer ecosystem.

What you'll be doing

• Build and Lead: You will recruit, mentor, and manage a high-caliber engineering team, cultivating a culture of innovation and continuous improvement where every engineer feels supported and motivated.
• Drive Delivery: You will oversee project planning and execution, balancing the need for rapid releases with the maintenance of sustainable, high-quality systems.
• Collaborate and Strategize: You will work closely with design and product stakeholders to ensure our technical architecture aligns with business goals and user needs, while maintaining a strong grasp of our evolving technology stack.

• Fluency in English.
