Role at a glance

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates anywhere. We are looking for someone with a strong background in management who is ready to empower our engineers and drive technical excellence across our platform.

Your impact

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, providing consistent performance feedback and supporting their long-term career growth.
• Collaborate closely with product partners to prioritize features, plan development cycles, and deliver meaningful value to both fans and enterprise clients.
• Refine our engineering best practices and operational workflows to ensure our development processes remain efficient, scalable, and high-performing.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role, you should possess a solid foundation in software engineering and a passion for leadership. We value your ability to set context and facilitate collaboration across design, product, and engineering teams.

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience as an engineer writing production code.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience managing high-performing, motivated engineering teams.
• Strong technical judgment to guide the team in making smart decisions regarding tools, frameworks, and architecture.
• Fluency in English to effectively communicate technical and product strategies across the organization.
• While we use a diverse stack including Python, Go, C# .NET, Swift, Next.js, TypeScript, RabbitMQ, Kafka, and AWS, we prioritize your core engineering skills over experience with any specific language.

Perks and compensation
