We are a fast-growing team that expanded from 40 to 90 employees in 2023, and we are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our talented team of senior and staff engineers as we continue to scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of engineers, focusing on their professional growth and career development.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
- Drive product velocity and quality while establishing clear direction and a sense of urgency for your team.
- Partner closely with product managers, designers, and company stakeholders to deliver impactful features.
- Maintain your technical edge by jumping into the trenches and contributing to coding tasks when necessary.
- Manage the hiring process to bring top-tier talent into the organization.
Must-haves
- At least 4 years of experience in engineering management or as a technical lead.
- Previous experience in a staff-level engineering role or higher before transitioning into management.
- Proven success in building high-performing teams and recruiting exceptional talent.
- A strong desire to keep your coding skills sharp and support the team technically.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to ship product innovations on schedule.
- A passion for our mission and a commitment to personal growth and mastering your craft.
- Fluency in English.

The base salary for this position is $200,000 to $250,000, complemented by a generous pre-IPO equity package.
