Role at a glance
We are hiring an Engineering Manager to join us full time on an on-site basis in the United States. The position calls for a manager-level leader who will focus on mentorship, technical guidance, and team development rather than traditional project management.
Your impact
- Mentor engineers through one-on-ones and pair-programming sessions, especially supporting junior team members as they sharpen their skills.
- Remove blockers-whether technical or personal-so the rest of the team can stay focused and move quickly.
- Deliver thoughtful code reviews and constructive feedback that help every engineer raise the quality of their work.
What you'll need
We're looking for an experienced software developer who is excited to keep coding while also investing in people and culture. You should be comfortable training deep neural networks and staying current with modern machine-learning practice. Strong empathy, clear communication, and a genuine interest in creating a safe, inclusive environment are essential. Excellent written and spoken English is required.
Perks and compensation
The cash salary range for this role is $200,000–$450,000, with equity between $10,000–$2,500,000.
