What is this role?
We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our Ad Tech team on a full-time, hybrid basis. This is a management-level position for someone with a strong background in software engineering who is ready to guide our technical strategy. You will be responsible for overseeing the systems that drive our ad performance, targeting, and privacy compliance initiatives.
What will you do?
- Define and execute the technical strategy for our ad targeting, privacy compliance, and performance monitoring systems.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers while fostering an inclusive and innovative culture.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and ad operations teams to build scalable, efficient solutions that adhere to global privacy regulations.
What makes you a great fit?
You should have at least 8 years of experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 3 years spent in a management or leadership capacity. We are looking for someone who brings the following skills and qualities:
- Technical expertise in backend systems, data engineering, and privacy compliance.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
- Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
- Knowledge of ad tech standards, frameworks, and consent management systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for mentoring high-performing teams.
- Fluency in English.
