Role at a glance
We’re hiring a Senior Engineering Manager for a full-time, remote position. You’ll lead a distributed team of 4–8 engineers, shaping both the technical roadmap and the day-to-day rhythm that keeps our platform moving forward.
Your impact
- Own the end-to-end delivery of product initiatives by running Agile ceremonies, setting clear milestones, and removing blockers before they slow the team down.
- Coach and grow engineers through regular feedback, pair-programming sessions, and career-planning conversations that turn good developers into great ones.
- Partner with product, design, and leadership to translate business goals into well-scoped technical work while championing engineering quality and best practices.
What you'll need
You bring at least five years of hands-on software engineering experience and two or more years leading teams. A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is required; an advanced degree is a plus. You’re fluent in .NET, Angular, TypeScript, and AWS, and you’ve guided teams through Agile/Scrum using tools like Jira and Trello. Clear communication, a bias for action, and a genuine interest in mentoring others round out the profile.
