Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, hybrid position where you will lead both local and remote teams. You will play a pivotal role in scaling our engineering efforts while reporting to a Senior Engineering Manager or Engineering Director.
Your impact
- Lead and support high-performing teams of Backend, iOS, Android, and Web engineers.
- Shape our product strategy by setting clear project goals and mentoring your team members to reach their full potential.
- Drive the growth of a diverse engineering group while implementing scalable processes and values that help us move faster.
What you'll need
We are looking for leaders who have a passion for building great products and even better teams. You should have a strong background in software engineering and a proven track record in management.
- At least 2 years of experience as a line manager for an engineering team.
- A background in building user-focused products as a software engineer.
- Experience in team building, performance management, and setting clear goals for your direct reports.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across product, design, and operations teams.
- Fluency in English to communicate effectively within our international environment.
