We are currently seeking a Full Time Engineering Manager to join our team in a hybrid capacity. Based in New York City, you will help us bridge the gap between technical execution and our broader business goals while fostering a high-performing culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, focusing on their professional development and career growth.
- Manage the delivery of our product roadmap while balancing management duties with hands-on coding tasks.
- Partner with Product Managers to optimize our engineering processes and ensure we maintain high standards for performance and scalability.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role within an engineering team.
- A deep understanding of the full software development lifecycle and modern full-stack principles.
- Technical proficiency with our core stack, which includes Python, Django, React, AWS, and Elasticsearch.
- A proven track record of guiding teams through complex application development projects.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to building collaborative, high-quality engineering environments.
What we offer
