Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to join us on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in our Bucharest office, where you will lead cross-functional teams to drive our technical and product roadmap. You will play a pivotal role in our growth as we continue to digitize the logistics sector.

Your impact

• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing, full-stack engineering team dedicated to solving complex logistics challenges.
• Set the technical vision and architectural direction for your team, ensuring we deliver high-quality solutions while managing technical debt.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and inclusion, working closely with product managers and delivery leads to execute our strategy through agile practices.

What you'll need

• Proven leadership experience with a focus on mentorship, team motivation, and executing complex technical strategies.
• Strong understanding of frontend and backend architecture, including microservices, event-driven systems, and micro frontends.
• Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages, such as C#, Java, Python, or Node.js.
• A pragmatic, data-driven approach to problem-solving and a passion for maintaining high code quality.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining a balance between high-level strategy and technical detail.
