What is this role?

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a leadership position designed for an experienced professional with at least 4 years of software engineering experience. You will lead a team of four or more engineers, serving as a mentor and technical guide while helping to shape the future of our backend architecture and product strategy.

What will you do?

• Drive the success of your team by partnering with product managers, designers, and operations to execute research and development strategies that solve real problems for homeowners.
• Build and nurture a high-performing team of engineers through consistent mentorship, technical leadership, and the implementation of effective development processes.
• Maintain a hands-on approach by contributing to architecture design and coding tasks while setting a high standard for quality and innovation across the engineering organization.
