What you bring
We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to join us on a full-time, remote basis from anywhere in the world. In this role, you will lead our talented engineering teams as they develop and refine our suite of distributed validator products. You will be responsible for driving technical delivery, maintaining high software standards, and serving as a mentor to our engineers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading the engineering team to ensure high productivity and the timely delivery of key features.
- Planning and prioritizing deliverables to align with our product roadmap and deadlines.
- Refining our Scrum processes to maintain efficiency within our fast-paced startup environment.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong technical background and a proven ability to lead. We require a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. You must have at least three years of hands-on software development experience with a focus on Web3 and blockchain protocols, along with two years of experience in a leadership role. Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Python, Java, or Rust is mandatory. You should be comfortable working in a remote, globally distributed team and possess a deep understanding of Scrum, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be collaborating across multiple teams to execute complex roadmaps.
