- You will oversee the end-to-end performance of your team, ensuring that our development practices are scalable, efficient, and consistently improving from the planning phase through to final release.
- You will collaborate closely with the product leadership team to identify bottlenecks, propose new initiatives, and lead projects from their initial concept to successful completion.
Who you are
We are looking for someone with a pragmatic approach and an optimistic outlook on problem-solving. To be successful in this role, you should bring:
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in software development.
- At least 1 year of experience in a management role, specifically leading engineering teams.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to embrace change as we refine our processes to deliver the best possible results.
Please note that we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every single qualification listed here.

We believe in building a supportive environment where you can thrive both personally and professionally. When you join us, you can look forward to:
- A variety of challenging projects that ensure no two days are the same, providing you with significant opportunities for career development.
- A vibrant office culture featuring daily lunches, snacks, and high-quality coffee to keep you fueled.
- Regular team events, social gatherings, and active pursuits like football, paddle tournaments, and our signature Run & Dip sessions.
- Necessary hardware, including a MacBook, to help you excel in your daily tasks.
- Comprehensive health insurance and a pension plan to support your long-term well-being.
