Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to join our Managed Marketplace Tribe. This is a full-time position based in Spain. We operate on a hybrid model, requiring a minimum of six days per month in our Barcelona office, while offering the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder of your time.

• Lead engineering efforts for a dedicated team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software on a predictable schedule.
• Act as a coach for your team members and the broader organization to foster professional growth and a culture of collaboration.
• Drive process improvements and provide clear vision, purpose, and visibility to ensure your team stays aligned and effective.

What you'll need

You should be an experienced leader with a strong technical background and a passion for people development. To succeed in this role, you will need:

• At least two years of experience leading engineering teams.
• Excellent verbal English communication skills, as you will be sharing organizational context and building deep relationships with your engineers.
• A servant leadership mindset, characterized by a positive attitude, pragmatic problem-solving, and critical thinking.
• A quality-driven approach with a high level of attention to detail.
• An eagerness to learn and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
