What you bring

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to oversee our Web Portfolio and lead our talented team of developers. This full-time, remote position is perfect for someone with a strong background in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js. You will be responsible for driving our technical roadmap and ensuring our web platforms remain scalable and high-performing. This role is open to candidates located anywhere in the United States.

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers to ensure high-quality project execution.
• Develop and implement technical strategies that align with our broader Audience Technology goals.
• Oversee the maintenance and security of our web applications while fostering a culture of innovation.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with at least 5 years of experience in web development and a minimum of 2 years in a management role. You should possess deep expertise in CMS-driven architecture and modern web frameworks. We value candidates who have a strong grasp of performance optimization, accessibility standards, and Agile methodologies. You must be fluent in English and authorized to work in the United States, as we do not provide visa sponsorship. We are looking for a proactive problem solver who is passionate about coaching talent and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What we offer
