We are currently looking for an Engineering Manager to join our User Data team on a full-time, remote basis to help us scale our real-time systems and empower our customers with meaningful data insights.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of engineers, focusing on their professional development, performance management, and career growth.
- Drive the strategy and execution for our User Data platform, working closely with product management to plan sprints and deliver impactful features.
- Oversee complex, large-scale technical projects while providing hands-on guidance during technical specification reviews to ensure our systems remain robust and scalable.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in engineering management, supported by a strong background as a software engineer.
- Proven ability to solve scalability challenges within a production environment.
- A deep sense of product ownership and the ability to collaborate effectively with business partners to drive measurable impact.
- A passion for recruiting and a strategic approach to team building and headcount planning.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including a commitment to fostering a collaborative, empathetic, and growth-oriented team culture.
What we offer
For this role, the base salary is between $200,000 and $215,000 USD for candidates based in New York or California, with the final offer determined by your specific skills and experience. In addition to your salary, we provide:
