Responsibilities
- Lead the supply team in managing integrations with international credit bureaus, bank data providers, payroll systems, and fraud detection services.
- Collaborate with our Data Science teams to map incoming data to the pipelines that drive our core analytics.
- Work alongside Product Managers, Technical Program Managers, and our Go-to-Market teams to ensure the supply platform meets critical business needs.
- Report directly to our CTO while fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Mentor team members and partner with our recruiting department to grow and onboard new engineering talent.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of experience leading high-impact engineering teams.
- Deep technical expertise in integrating external APIs and scaling the systems that consume them.
- Proven ability to solve complex problems using a first-principle, pragmatic approach.
- Strong proficiency in data mapping and managing relationships with external technical partners.
- Fluency in English and a passion for our mission of financial inclusion.
