Responsibilities

Lead the supply team in managing integrations with international credit bureaus, bank data providers, payroll systems, and fraud detection services.
Collaborate with our Data Science teams to map incoming data to the pipelines that drive our core analytics.
Work alongside Product Managers, Technical Program Managers, and our Go-to-Market teams to ensure the supply platform meets critical business needs.
Report directly to our CTO while fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Mentor team members and partner with our recruiting department to grow and onboard new engineering talent.

Must-haves

At least 5 years of experience leading high-impact engineering teams.
Deep technical expertise in integrating external APIs and scaling the systems that consume them.
Proven ability to solve complex problems using a first-principle, pragmatic approach.
Strong proficiency in data mapping and managing relationships with external technical partners.
Fluency in English and a passion for our mission of financial inclusion.
