We are Nova Credit, and we are on a mission to build a more inclusive and fair global financial system. By creating advanced credit infrastructure and analytics, we help organizations like American Express, SoFi, and HSBC reach applicants who have been historically left out of the credit market.
Responsibilities
- Lead our supply team as you oversee critical integrations with international credit bureaus, payroll systems, bank data providers, and fraud detection services.
- Collaborate with our Data Science teams to ensure data is accurately mapped into the pipelines that drive our core processes.
- Work alongside Product Managers, Technical Program Managers, and our Go-to-Market teams to support downstream users of our supply platform.
- Report directly to our CTO while managing and scaling the capabilities of your engineering team.
- Partner with our Recruiting and People teams to identify, hire, and onboard new talent to support our growing needs.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role managing high-impact engineering teams.
- Deep technical expertise in integrating external APIs and scaling the systems that rely on them.
- A pragmatic, first-principles approach to problem-solving, especially when dealing with complex data mapping and cross-team execution.
- A strong commitment to our mission of driving financial inclusion through technology.
- Fluency in English.
