What you'll be doing
- You will manage our supply team, overseeing critical integrations with international credit bureaus, bank data providers, payroll systems, and fraud detection services.
- You will collaborate closely with our Data Science teams to map complex data into the pipelines that fuel our core processes.
- You will work in partnership with Product Managers, Technical Program Managers, and our Go-to-Market teams to ensure the supply platform meets the needs of our downstream partners.
What you'll bring
- You possess technical expertise in integrating external APIs, scaling systems that consume these services, and managing relationships with external data providers.
- You have at least 5 years of leadership experience managing high-impact engineering teams.
- You are a pragmatic, first-principles thinker who excels at solving complex problems through detailed analysis and cross-team collaboration.
- You are committed to team development and are eager to mentor engineers while partnering with our recruiting team to scale our department.
- You are fluent in English and are excited to contribute to our mission of global financial inclusion.
