What is this role?
We are seeking an Engineering Manager for Security to join us on a full-time, hybrid basis. This is a management-level position where you will oversee our Security Engineering and Identity and Access Management teams. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our cybersecurity strategy while ensuring our engineering teams have the tools and guidance they need to build secure, stable software solutions.
What will you do?
- Lead and mentor two specialized teams, handling hiring, performance management, and professional development to help your engineers succeed.
- Direct the roadmap and project portfolio to ensure we are tackling the most impactful security initiatives across our marketplace.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design pragmatic, secure technical solutions that prioritize both user experience and business value.

- Proven experience in information security and engineering leadership.
- Strong technical expertise in AWS, SIEM, encryption, endpoint protection, and the secure software development life cycle.
- A solid grasp of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST or ISO 27001.
- Excellent communication skills, allowing you to bridge the gap between technical teams and executive leadership.
- Fluency in English and a motivated, open-minded approach to solving complex problems.
