Are you a passionate, hands-on manager looking to lead a high-performing, global team? Do you want to be part of unlocking the value of data for our customers by building the next-generation back office platform?
As an Engineering Manager for the Universal Back Office (UBO) team, you will work with Product Managers in Europe and North America to shape and align roadmaps and drive and execute the roadmap for UBO to meet business goals. You will also work closely with the Data Analytics team to gain insight into the product performance and set new targets to improve it continuously.
On a daily basis, you will manage a full-stack software engineering team and maintain clear career paths for your team - it will be critical to foster a team environment that collaborates closely with remote offices (Vietnam, North America, and East Europe).
