We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join our product development team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. What you'll be doing
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers by defining the technical roadmap, mapping business goals to initiatives, and ensuring alignment with our core engineering principles.
- Own your services from end to end, which includes making critical decisions regarding how to build, test, deploy, and monitor high-quality software solutions.
- Foster a supportive and performant environment by coaching team members, conducting regular one-on-ones, and facilitating professional growth through pair programming and code reviews.
What you'll bring
- Solid experience as an engineering leader in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment, with strong project management and communication skills.
- Deep technical expertise in system design and a strong grasp of software development best practices, including Clean Code, Design Patterns, Agile Development, and testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in Java is considered a significant advantage.
- A passion for building products that users love and a commitment to teaching and enabling others through pair programming and mentorship.
- Excellent proficiency in English to effectively collaborate across our international team.
