Engineering Manager, Platform at LTK USA

What you'll be doing

• You will define the vision and strategy for our platform engineering solutions while ensuring our systems remain reliable, secure, and performant.
• You will mentor, coach, and manage a team of senior engineers, helping them grow their technical leadership skills while overseeing hiring, goal setting, and performance management.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional partners across the company to build and document golden paths that allow teams to develop services efficiently and securely.

What you'll bring

• You have at least 2 years of management experience, specifically in leading or establishing a platform engineering function.
• You bring 5 or more years of experience shipping commercial products, with a strong preference for those who have worked with Go.
• You are proficient in cloud infrastructure, with AWS experience being highly preferred.
• You can write code in at least two of the following languages: Go, Python, TypeScript, or C++.
• You have hands-on experience operating services on Kubernetes and building developer platforms or frameworks.
• You are skilled at maintaining CI/CD pipelines, log aggregation services, and system monitoring tools.
• You are a fluent English speaker who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and values operational excellence.
