About the Role

We are searching for a Senior Engineering Manager, Mobile to join our Operations Collective team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will lead a squad focused on enhancing the user experience for our global community, ensuring that logistics, authentication, and warehouse operations run seamlessly. You will report directly to the APAC CTO and play a vital role in executing our technical roadmap while fostering a supportive and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers by setting clear goals, evaluating performance, and providing the coaching necessary to help them reach their full potential.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and design stakeholders to assess technical feasibility, estimate project impacts, and design high-quality solutions for our mobile applications.
• Drive continuous improvement within an agile framework to ensure your squad consistently delivers value and maintains high standards of technical excellence.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should bring a strong background in mobile development and team leadership. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in mobile engineering, with a minimum of 2 years in a hands-on technical management or team lead role.
• A proven track record of hiring, mentoring, and retaining senior engineers to build high-performing teams.
• Experience navigating complex organizational structures, creating alignment across multiple teams, and thriving in ambiguous environments.
• Proficiency with our core technology stack, including Swift and Objective-C, as well as experience with tools such as AWS, Docker, gRPC, Terraform, Ansible, and GitHub.
• Previous experience in the eCommerce sector is considered a significant plus.

Location

This position is based in Ho Chi Minh City and operates on a hybrid work model.
