We are Veo, a global pioneer in AI-driven sports camera technology. Our automated solutions allow sports teams to record matches and training sessions without the need for a camera operator, making professional-grade video analysis accessible to teams at every level. With over 40,000 clubs across 90 countries relying on our tech, we are truly changing the game. We are currently seeking an Engineering Manager to join our team in Denmark on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will lead our mobile team to build high-quality, native experiences that connect players and supporters to their most important moments on the field.
Responsibilities
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team while fostering a supportive environment where everyone can do their best work.
- Partner with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver features that delight our users while hitting key business goals.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial ideation and development to deployment and iterative improvements based on real user feedback.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in software engineering, specifically within fast-growing mobile environments.
- A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience focused on growing and managing engineering teams.
- Deep technical expertise in iOS or Android development, including mobile architecture, release cycles, and security.
- Strong familiarity with cloud services, backend architecture, and data synchronization.
- Proven experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and maintaining high performance at scale.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
