- A Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a closely related field.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in data science and machine learning roles.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or management capacity, with a track record of supporting engineer performance.
- Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Practical knowledge of cloud platforms, specifically AWS, and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
We also value candidates who have experience in the gaming industry, contributions to open-source projects, or experience fine-tuning large-scale foundation models.
Compensation and benefits
We are committed to building a world-class team and fostering an environment where our engineers can thrive. While we do not have specific salary figures to disclose at this time, we offer a unique opportunity to work on high-scale systems that directly impact the future of the global gaming industry.
