We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. Fieldwire is a leading construction field management platform that helps teams coordinate labor and access critical project information on a massive scale. With our software used on over 1,000,000 projects globally, we are dedicated to driving operational excellence in the construction industry. As a key member of our engineering department, you will lead a team of six iOS engineers to build and maintain our highly-rated mobile application while working in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide mentorship and career development for a team of six engineers while fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture.
- Guide the technical direction of our iOS projects, ensuring our architecture remains scalable, performant, and maintainable.
- Oversee the full development lifecycle, from initial planning and estimation to final deployment, while coordinating with cross-functional partners like product managers and designers.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in iOS development with deep expertise in Swift, Objective-C, and Xcode.
- Previous experience in a management or technical leadership role overseeing engineering teams.
- Strong familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.
What we offer
The salary range for this position is $195,000 - $220,000. In addition to base pay, you may be eligible for a corporate bonus of up to 20%. We also provide the following perk:
