Role at a glance

We are searching for an Engineering Manager to lead our Integrations team. This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates anywhere. You will be stepping into a management-level role where you will oversee both the technical direction of our integration ecosystem and the professional growth of the engineers building it.

Your impact

• Lead, mentor, and coach your engineering team to foster a high-performing, collaborative culture while supporting their individual career development.
• Own the full SDLC for our integration projects, ensuring that our systems remain secure, reliable, and scalable as we grow.
• Partner with product managers and stakeholders to define priorities and drive complex, cross-functional projects from initial use case definition through to successful delivery.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in software development and systems architecture. We value candidates who can bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy.

• Proven leadership experience with a focus on coaching team members and managing cross-functional efforts.
• A solid track record of building and maintaining systems at scale within an agile environment.
• Hands-on experience writing code and contributing to technical documentation or RFCs.
• Experience working directly with customers to define and implement integration solutions.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms like Salesforce, Ariba, or Coupa.
• Strong communication skills in English to effectively manage stakeholders and external consultants.
• A passion for security and reliability in every stage of the development process.
• Bonus points if you have experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Teams, Copilot, or Dynamics.
