At Topsort, we serve as the leading retail media infrastructure provider, supporting omni-channel retailers, marketplaces, and delivery apps across more than 40 countries. Our mission is to democratize advertising by providing retailers of all sizes with intuitive, AI-driven tools that make monetization simple and effective. We are moving away from traditional, complex ad tech to offer privacy-first solutions that help our partners scale without the usual headaches.
What you'll be doing
- You will lead our integrations team, taking responsibility for the development and ongoing maintenance of all customer-facing integrations.
- You will work directly with our customers to identify their specific needs and build specialized tools that streamline the integration experience.
- You will manage the project lifecycle to ensure that all integration initiatives are delivered on time and meet our high standards for quality.
What you'll bring
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- You possess at least 7 years of professional software development experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- You are fluent in English and have advanced proficiency in Spanish.
- You have strong technical expertise in building APIs and integration tools, specifically using RESTful APIs, JSON, and OAuth authentication.
- You are an excellent communicator who is comfortable engaging with stakeholders and customers to solve complex problems.
- You have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with bonus points if you have a background in SaaS integrations or ad tech.
