What is this role?

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Integrations Engineering team. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in the United States. In this role, you will balance hands-on technical work with high-level leadership, helping us scale our core payroll connectivity products while bringing new innovations to market. You will report directly to our Head of Product and play a vital part in shaping our technical strategy.

What will you do?

• Write code daily to support and expand our core connectivity products, including our direct partnerships with payroll providers.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a talented team of engineers to foster their professional growth and ensure they have the ownership needed to make a real impact.
• Collaborate closely with our product team to define the roadmap, prioritize initiatives, and ensure we are delivering maximum value to our customers.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in software engineering and technical leadership. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a collaborative environment where communication is key. You should have a proven track record of shipping products that drive meaningful business results and a passion for building high-performing teams through effective coaching and strategic hiring. Proficiency in English is required, and you should be prepared to work from our office on a hybrid basis.
