What is this role?

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our Infrastructure and QA team. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Germany. As an experienced manager, you will guide our efforts to build scalable infrastructure and maintain high-quality engineering standards across our entire technology stack. You will act as a consultant to our product engineering teams, providing the foundational tools and support they need to succeed while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What will you do?

• Provide technical leadership by establishing best practices for architecture, infrastructure automation, and quality assurance, ensuring that our systems remain reliable and efficient as we scale.
• Manage and mentor a diverse team of engineers, focusing on their professional growth through regular coaching, feedback, and the promotion of an inclusive, experimental team culture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to drive infrastructure initiatives, manage projects effectively, and ensure our platform capabilities empower product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Proven experience leading software engineering or infrastructure teams with a focus on people management and professional development.

• Strong communication skills and fluency in English, both spoken and written.
