We are currently looking for an Engineering Manager, Information Security to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will lead a talented group of security engineers, helping us ensure our products remain secure and reliable while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of security engineers across domains such as application security, cloud security, and security automation.
- Partner with product engineering teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines and development workflows, ensuring we build secure-by-default architectures.
- Oversee vulnerability management and establish clear metrics to track our security posture, effectively translating technical risks into business context for our stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in security or software engineering, with a minimum of 2 years in a technical leadership or management capacity.
- Deep technical expertise in at least one core area, such as DevSecOps, cloud security, application security, or detection engineering.
- A proven track record of building and retaining engineering talent, combined with a strong understanding of modern development practices like CI/CD and cloud-native systems.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A leadership approach rooted in empathy, transparency, and a commitment to building inclusive, diverse teams.
