The opportunity

Our Hospitality group is the heart of our efforts to build world-class point-of-sale solutions that simplify the complexities of running a restaurant. As an Engineering Manager, you will lead teams responsible for high-availability, real-time systems that provide a competitive edge to our clients. You will serve as a leader who guides your squad toward optimal output while fostering a strong team culture and supporting the professional growth of every individual. Whether you are collaborating on architecture with developers or influencing high-level leadership decisions, you will act as a guiding force to ensure we stay focused on our goals while solving complex problems of scale.

A day in the life

• You will maintain a steady release cadence and manage the product backlog to keep your teams focused and engaged.
• You will act as a coach and mentor to your team members, building trust while upholding our core values of quality, scalability, and maintainability.
• You will collaborate closely with peers in Product, QA, and other engineering departments to ensure successful product development and delivery across international teams.

Who you are

You are a leader with a strong technical foundation and a passion for building high-performing software teams. You possess excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire those around you. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• At least 8 years of experience in software development.
• At least 2 years of experience managing software teams or serving in a similar leadership capacity.
• Proven experience in recruiting and building engineering teams.
• A deep technical background, ideally with experience using technologies such as Golang, MongoDB, MySQL, JavaScript, and AWS.
• Fluency in English.
