The opportunity

We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead our Growth team. This role is central to our mission, as you will be responsible for scaling the systems that identify eligible patients and launching new health system integrations. You will guide a team of talented engineers to build intuitive experiences that drive referrals and improve patient access. This is a full-time, remote position where you will help define our technical roadmap while ensuring we continue to ship high-quality solutions at a rapid pace.

A day in the life

• You will mentor and grow a team of full-stack engineers, fostering a culture of high standards and collaborative innovation.
• You will partner with product managers and internal stakeholders to define our agile roadmap and execute on critical growth initiatives.
• You will serve as a technical leader, overseeing the architecture of our frontend and backend services while occasionally contributing code yourself.

Who you are

You bring at least 8 years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 of those years spent in a management role. You thrive in fast-paced, product-driven environments that prioritize autonomy and direct feedback. You have a strong background in building robust backend systems and are comfortable working with cloud infrastructure like AWS or GCP, relational databases such as Postgres or MySQL, and messaging systems like Kafka or SQS. You are proficient in Go and React, and you are eager to apply your technical expertise to solve complex problems in the healthcare space. Proficiency in English is required.
