What is this role?

We are searching for a Senior Engineering Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this position, you will lead our Foundation Platform team, which is the backbone of our SaaS platform. You will be responsible for the core infrastructure and services that keep our systems reliable, scalable, and secure on AWS. This is a leadership role designed for someone who enjoys mentoring engineers while ensuring our technical foundations remain rock solid.

What will you do?

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers to foster a high-performance culture rooted in collaboration.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring that our technical work aligns with business goals and quality standards.
• Champion best practices and Agile methodologies to optimize our workflows and drive continuous improvement across the engineering organization.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong technical background in software development and cloud technologies, specifically AWS. We are looking for someone with a degree in Computer Science or a related field who has proven experience managing engineering teams in fast-paced environments. You should be an expert in Agile frameworks and project management, with the communication skills necessary to collaborate effectively with product managers and other senior leaders.
