The role
We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our Exploration team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a management-level position for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to shape the future of zkApps. You will be responsible for guiding a team that builds prototypes, tests experimental designs, and establishes the patterns that define the next generation of our technology.
Core responsibilities
- Mentor and grow our engineers, fostering a culture of empowerment, accountability, and high-level collaboration.
- Establish team structures and processes that ensure technical excellence while maintaining clear visibility across the organization.
- Partner with product, marketing, and business development teams to create and execute engineering roadmaps that drive the ecosystem forward.
Skills and experience
We are interested in your unique background and perspective, but the following areas are highly relevant to our work:
- Proven experience in engineering management.
- A strong interest in or experience with zero-knowledge proof systems, cryptography, or blockchain technology.
- Proficiency with JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Experience designing API abstractions and building high-quality developer experiences.
- A track record of working on public-facing projects or novel research and implementation.
