What you bring
In this full-time, remote role, you will lead a team of engineers and architects to design, build, and maintain the Dash Enterprise product. You will leverage your deep expertise in shipping enterprise software to ensure our platform remains scalable, reliable, and high-performing. Your responsibilities include:
- Hiring, mentoring, and managing the engineering team to foster professional growth and an inclusive culture.
- Collaborating with product, sales, and customer success teams to define and execute the product roadmap.
- Managing release schedules and performing architectural reviews to ensure security, quality, and technical compliance.
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced leader who holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. You should have at least 8 years of experience shipping production software and a minimum of 3 years of experience managing engineering teams. You must be proficient in English and possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Your technical background should include hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. You should be comfortable with scripting in Python, Go, or Bash, and have a solid understanding of infrastructure-as-code using Terraform.
