We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team in Mountain View, California, and lead the development of our Credential API.
What you'll be doing
- You will define and execute the strategic roadmap for our Credential API, overseeing the entire lifecycle of credential bundles from issuance to retrieval and revocation.
- You will lead and mentor a team of talented engineers, ensuring the architecture, performance, and security of our services meet the highest industry standards.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional partners in product, security, and compliance to integrate complex identity validation workflows into our production systems.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in building and scaling public-facing backend services. We are looking for someone who possesses the following skills and experience:
- Extensive experience with API design, backend systems, and cloud platforms.
- Deep knowledge of security protocols and compliance frameworks, including OAUTH2, credentialing standards, and digital identity best practices.
- Proficiency with modern infrastructure tools such as Kubernetes and Terraform.
- A proven track record of managing engineering teams and delivering high-quality, reliable software in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional fluency in English.
What you'll get
