What is this role?
We are seeking an Engineering Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a management-level position where you will guide a group of talented engineers. Whether you are based in the US or Canada, you will have the opportunity to work from anywhere while helping us shape the future of our platform.
What will you do?
- Lead a team of four senior and staff frontend engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and resilience while supporting their professional growth.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of our marketing site CMS, create new tools for founders, and implement features that provide delightful experiences for our customers.
- Partner closely with our design and product teams to define the roadmap, coordinate with external stakeholders, and establish a clear technical vision for your team.

We offer a highly competitive total rewards package that includes equity compensation and the flexibility of remote work. Our base salary ranges are designed to be competitive within the fintech and SaaS industries. For this role, our target base salary ranges are:
- US employees: $203,100 - $238,900.
- Canadian employees: CAD 184,800 – 217,400.
