What is this role?

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our Core App team. This is a full-time position that can be performed remotely from anywhere. We are looking for an experienced leader who can oversee the development of our next-generation, enterprise-grade model and data management products while guiding our talented engineering team toward success.

What will you do?

• Lead the development of essential product features, including workflow automations, scaling performance improvements, and fine-grained access control mechanisms.
• Provide hands-on technical mentorship to your team, ensuring that our architectural decisions remain scalable and our code quality stays high.
• Partner closely with product managers and designers to define project milestones, gather direct customer feedback, and refine our product roadmap.

What makes you a great fit?

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong blend of technical expertise and leadership experience. We are looking for candidates who have:

• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering with a history of delivering complex products.
• A minimum of 2 years in a leadership or management role where you have successfully grown and guided engineering teams.
• Experience building tools for machine learning teams or developing ML-based products.
• Technical proficiency in areas such as high performance computing, data management, and model deployment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders in English.
