What you bring
As an Engineering Manager for our Commerce Platform, you will take on a vital leadership role within our hybrid team based in Australia. You will be responsible for guiding multiple delivery teams, mentoring our engineers, and balancing technical excellence with product outcomes. This is a full-time position where you will drive our engineering strategy and ensure our systems remain sustainable and efficient. Your core responsibilities include:
- Providing mentorship and leadership to delivery teams to ensure alignment with our broader business objectives.
- Defining and executing product and technology roadmaps for the Commerce domain.
- Driving continuous improvement through the implementation of Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery practices.
Requirements
We are looking for a tech-agnostic leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and possesses a deep understanding of modern software architecture. You should be comfortable navigating complex systems and have a strong grasp of Cloud Infrastructure, specifically AWS. A successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in Micro Services, REST APIs, and Domain Driven Design. We value candidates who bring diverse perspectives and a drive to enhance our team culture.
