The opportunity

We are searching for two Engineering Managers to join our team, with one role focused on our Care Quality team and the other on our Payments Experience team. In these roles, you will serve as a key leader within our rapidly scaling engineering organization. You will have the chance to shape how we empower providers to deliver personalized care or how we streamline the financial journey for our clients. These positions are perfect for someone who is passionate about technology and wants to make a tangible difference in the mental health landscape.

A day in the life

• You will provide direct leadership and mentorship to a team of five or more engineers, helping them grow their careers and providing constructive feedback.
• You will actively participate in the growth of our organization by leading hiring efforts to expand our engineering talent.
• You will collaborate closely with product managers and tech leads to define our product roadmap, launch impactful projects, and maintain the overall health of your team.

Who you are

You are an experienced leader with at least three years of experience as an Engineering Manager, where you have successfully managed teams and delivered large-scale projects on time. You bring at least five years of overall engineering experience, including a strong background as a full-stack, frontend, or backend product engineer. You are comfortable working with cloud services, distributed systems, and relational databases, and you enjoy navigating the technical trade-offs required to build highly available services. You communicate fluently in English and are excited to work in a remote environment where you can think critically about both team processes and company-wide goals.
