Role at a glance
We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our Applied Machine Learning efforts. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in the United States. You will be responsible for guiding high-performing teams as we scale our technology and tackle complex enterprise challenges.
Your impact
- Lead and mentor a team of senior engineers focused on applied machine learning and information retrieval to power our core platform.
- Own the full lifecycle of ML projects, moving from initial research and prototyping all the way to successful production deployment.
- Partner closely with our product and go-to-market teams to ensure our technical roadmap directly supports our broader business objectives.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should be a collaborative leader who is comfortable navigating both technical complexity and strategic business needs. We are looking for someone who possesses the following:
- At least 2 years of experience in an engineering management role, specifically hiring and leading technical teams.
- A strong background in software engineering with proven experience developing and deploying applied machine learning applications.
- Deep expertise in natural language processing and machine learning techniques.
- A genuine passion for generative AI and a track record of taking products from 0 to 1.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Perks and compensation
The salary range for this position is $215,000 to $280,000 USD. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a hybrid work environment that balances flexibility with the power of in-person collaboration.
