We are proud to be a Great Place to Work certified company, and we are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our APIs and Integrations team as we expand into new markets.

Key outcomes

• Define and execute the technical roadmap for our external APIs, productized integrations, and our Affinity for Salesforce product.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team while fostering a culture of excellence and career development.
• Collaborate closely with product management and design partners to ensure our features meet the needs of our users.
• Facilitate Agile processes, including standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to maintain team velocity.
• Remain a hands-on contributor by participating in systems architecture design, code reviews, and feature development.
• Scale the team by identifying talent gaps and hiring skilled engineers to support our growing business objectives.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in software engineering, specifically building scalable applications that handle large volumes of data.
• At least 3 years of experience in an engineering management role, with a proven ability to mentor and lead teams.
• Deep understanding of complex SaaS platforms, including experience with APIs, asynchronous services, and various data storage solutions.
• Proven track record of building robust integrations between different SaaS platforms.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to drive complex technical discussions.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable, and high-performance software.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience building integrations specifically for Salesforce.
• Background working with CRM applications.
• Technical proficiency with Ruby, React, or PostgreSQL.

Compensation

The base salary for this position is $200,000 CAD. In addition to the base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health and professional growth, including:
