What you bring

As our Engineering Manager for APIs and Integrations, you will lead the team responsible for our external APIs, productized integrations, and our Affinity for Salesforce offering. This is a full-time, remote role where you will balance high-level strategy with hands-on technical contributions. You will work within our stack, which includes Ruby, React, and PostgreSQL, to ensure our systems remain scalable and reliable. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Defining and executing the technical roadmap for our high-scale data sync products and external API offerings.
• Coaching and mentoring a talented engineering team while fostering a culture of continuous growth and technical excellence.
• Collaborating closely with product and design partners to drive the architecture and delivery of features that solve complex customer needs.

Requirements

We are looking for a seasoned leader with at least 8 years of experience in software engineering and 3 years in a formal management role. You should have a proven track record of building scalable SaaS platforms that rely on asynchronous services and complex data stores. We value candidates who are excellent communicators and who take pride in delivering high-quality, reliable software. While not required, experience with Salesforce integrations, CRM applications, or our specific tech stack is a plus.
