About the Role

We are searching for an Engineering Manager for APIs & Integrations to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will report to the VP of Engineering and lead the team responsible for our external APIs, productized integrations, and our Affinity for Salesforce offering. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will guide technical strategy, mentor engineers, and contribute directly to architecture and code reviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technical roadmap for our high-scale, bi-directional data sync products and our Salesforce AppExchange offerings.
• Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing engineering team while fostering a collaborative culture of mentorship and career development.
• Collaborate closely with product management and design partners to drive the performance, reliability, and adoption of our integration ecosystem.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in software engineering, specifically building scalable applications that handle large volumes of data.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a formal engineering management role, leading teams and providing direct mentorship.
• Proven expertise working with complex SaaS platforms, APIs, asynchronous services, and diverse data stores.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable software.
• Experience with Ruby, Salesforce integrations, or CRM-type applications is considered a strong asset.

Location

This position is based in Canada and requires an on-site presence.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this position ranges from $140,000 to $190,000 CAD, depending on your specific experience, skills, and location. In addition to salary, we offer several benefits to support your well-being and professional growth:
