We thrive in an environment of autonomous feature teams and shared communities of practice, where we prioritize diversity and inclusive collaboration to drive innovation. We are looking for someone to lead our Analytics and Data Platform team and help us manage the billions of data points generated by our business every single day.

This is a full-time position that offers a hybrid work model, providing you with the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will be instrumental in shaping the systems that power our data-driven decision-making across the entire company.

Your impact

Define and execute the long-term technical strategy for the Analytics and Data Platform team.
Mentor and inspire your team members, fostering their professional growth while supporting high-quality engineering outcomes.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in product, engineering, and operations to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet our high standards.

Perks and compensation

We believe in supporting our team both professionally and personally. Our benefits package includes:

Hybrid and remote work options with a flexible work location policy.
Profit sharing opportunities and comprehensive medical, dental, and life insurance.
Generous paid time off to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
Access to professional development programs, including training and conference opportunities.
Relocation assistance for those interested in joining us at one of our primary engineering hubs.
