We are looking for someone to lead our Analytics and Data Platform team and help us manage the billions of data points generated by our business every single day.

Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to oversee our Analytics and Data Platform team. This is a full-time position that offers a hybrid work model, providing you with the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will be instrumental in shaping the systems that power our data-driven decision-making across the entire company.

Your impact

Define and execute the long-term technical strategy for the Analytics and Data Platform team.
Mentor and inspire your team members, fostering their professional growth while supporting high-quality engineering outcomes.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in product, engineering, and operations to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet our high standards.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in software engineering and technical leadership. We are looking for someone who brings the following:

Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.
A deep passion for building systems and a strong sense of ownership over the full project development lifecycle.
Pragmatic expertise in Agile methodologies and project management.
A data-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
Familiarity with our core tech stack, including Kafka, Redpanda, Spark, Flink, AWS S3, GCP, and Looker.
